(Barceló Hotels & Resorts)宣布正式簽署旗下在大中華區的第壹個城市酒店項目。

它占地面積總計約2萬平方米，共23層，所在地為長沙嶽麓區地寶大廈A棟，

是濱江金融中心地段，

未來將是長沙最高端的金融與精英客源聚集圈。

Changsha Jinmao Barceló Hotel is a brand of Barceló Hotels and Resorts

(Barceló Hotels & Resorts) announced the formal signing of its first urban hotel project in Greater China.

It covers an area of about 20,000 square meters and has 23 floors. The location is Building A, Dibao Building, Yuelu District, Changsha.

It is the Binjiang Financial Center,

The future will be Changsha's most high-end financial and elite customer source gathering circle.

巴塞羅酒店作為壹個西班牙品牌酒店，整個酒店空間以西班牙紅為主題顏色，

以公牛為標誌性雕塑，從門口的紅色公牛開始以壹條紅色的線條貫穿整個酒店。從門口代表性的紅色公牛開始，整個內部空間放置了各不相同的公牛雕塑。我們把西班牙奔放熱情、開朗的人文習俗帶到酒店空間中，讓客戶體驗到不同的異域風情。簡單的線條在整個空間設計中展現出不壹樣的創意，無規則的幾何體線條遊蕩在各個空間，帶領著入住客人探索酒店的秘密。

As a Spanish brand hotel, Barceló Hotel has the theme color of Spanish red throughout the hotel space.

Take the bull as the iconic sculpture. Starting from the red bull at the door, a red line runs through the entire hotel. Starting from the representative red bull at the door, different bull sculptures are placed throughout the interior space. We bring Spain's unrestrained enthusiasm and cheerful cultural customs to the hotel space, allowing customers to experience different exotic customs. Simple lines show different creativity in the entire space design. Irregular geometric lines wander in various spaces, leading guests to explore the hotel’s secrets.

簡約風格的過道搭配上穿插著簡單又不失熱情的西班牙紅色線條的地毯，

以及投射出的神秘且具有高級感的燈光，給人以靜之感。紅色的線貫穿整個客房過道樓層，設計師用這樣簡單且直接的方式，將西班牙奔放熱情、開朗的人文風俗帶到了酒店的空間中，讓客戶身臨其境地體驗到了濃郁的異國風情。

The simple style corridor is interspersed with simple and enthusiastic Spanish red line carpet,

As well as the mysterious and high-level light projected, giving people a sense of stillness. The red line runs through the whole corridor floor of the guest room. In such a simple and direct way, the designer brings the Spanish passionate and cheerful cultural customs to the hotel space, allowing customers to experience the rich exotic customs.

入口處視線開闊，整個房間給人的感覺並不擁擠，裝飾風格簡單但令人舒服。

客廳的陳設在進門時即可大致了解，落地窗的存在更是使得房間的明亮程度大大增加。入口處墻邊的裝飾運用了壹副具有紅色線條的藝術品裝飾畫，這使得在房間的入口處就能感受到酒店的理念和特色——熱情與開朗。

The view at the entrance is wide, the whole room doesn't feel crowded, and the decoration style is simple but comfortable. The furnishings of the living room can be roughly understood when entering the door, and the existence of French windows greatly increases the brightness of the room. The decoration of the wall at the entrance uses a pair of art decorative paintings with red lines, which makes you feel the concept and characteristics of the hotel at the entrance of the room - warm and cheerful.

進入房間以後不難發現，在入口處能夠看到的僅是房間的壹角。

整個房間被落地窗包圍，本就開闊的房間顯得更加寬敞明亮。客廳的設計風格簡約，壹眼望去幹凈整潔且有序，客廳各個地方的陳設和功能都很明顯，又搭配上由暗紅和駝色相間的地毯，給房間增添了活躍的感覺，而這樣的色調也符合西班牙人熱情開朗的性格。

After entering the room, it is not difficult to find that only one corner of the room can be seen at the entrance. The whole room is surrounded by French windows, which makes the open room more spacious and bright. The design style of the living room is simple, clean and orderly at a glance. The furnishings and functions of each part of the living room are obvious, and the carpet with dark red and camel color adds an active feeling to the room, and this color is also in line with the warm and cheerful character of the Spanish people.

鑲嵌於墻上的電視很好的節約了空間，電視背景墻采用斜拼的幾何裝飾的拼法，

使空間感更符合設計的主題。旁邊被落地窗環繞的吧臺可以壹覽無余的看到外面的景色，開闊的視野下，無論是辦公還是休閑，都是非常不錯的選擇。

The TV embedded in the wall saves space. The background wall of TV adopts the geometric decoration of oblique spelling, which makes the sense of space more consistent with the design theme. The bar surrounded by the floor window can see the scenery outside. In the open view, whether it is office or leisure, it is a very good choice.

舒服寬闊的沙發和小巧方便的茶幾，使得在觀看電視時身心能夠得到極大的放松。

茶幾上擺放的物件也很有講究，盆栽在凈化空氣的同時也能夠讓久看屏幕的眼睛得到放松；雜誌則是讓顧客能夠在閑暇時候進行翻閱，放松的同時也能從中了解咨詢。沙發旁的落地燈，透露著慵懶和溫暖之感，毫無疑問這是壹個在客廳這樣休閑的地方畫龍點睛的配件。

The comfortable and wide sofa and the compact and convenient tea table make the body and mind relax greatly when watching TV. The objects placed on the tea table are also very particular. Potted plants can purify the air and relax the eyes who have been looking at the screen for a long time. Magazines can allow customers to read in their spare time and understand the consultation while relaxing. The floor lamp beside the sofa reveals the feeling of laziness and warmth. 由不規則的幾何圖形構成的房間，簡單不繁雜，各種物件的布置增添了房間給人的歸屬感，

空間合理的布置也使得房間的每壹個地方都能夠得到充分的運用。客廳極度註重色彩搭配，在米灰色系的客廳中所加入的擁有紅色這樣暖色系的地毯和明亮的藍色保證，讓人在客廳活動時能夠擺脫疲勞。

The room composed of irregular geometric figures is simple but not complicated. The layout of various objects adds a sense of belonging to the room. The reasonable layout of space also makes every place in the room be fully used. The living room attaches great importance to color matching. 無論從哪壹個角度觀察，在整個房間的所有角落，都十分讓人舒適，

沒有絲毫的突兀與不符。西班牙紅的存在，給房間帶來的熱情之感無法讓人忽視。房間背景墻面同樣也采用斜拼的幾何裝飾的拼法，與整個房間的格調契合，顯得舒適、幹凈，再搭配上簡約家具的同時，成就了壹個理想中的房間形態。

也讓房間更加擁有了生活的氣息。

The background is the entrance of the bedroom, and the bedroom door is naturally integrated into the background, which makes the decoration of the whole room very harmonious. 臥室同樣搭配了落地窗，電視也被很好地融進了背景墻。

整間臥室鋪滿了充滿西班牙風情的地毯，與客廳的地毯相呼應。臥室電視背景墻兩邊增加了兩道暗藏推拉門，增加空間交通流線的流暢性。

The bedroom is also equipped with French windows, and the TV is well integrated into the background wall. The whole bedroom is covered with carpets full of Spanish style, echoing the carpets in the living room. Two hidden sliding doors are added on both sides of the TV background wall of the bedroom to increase the fluency of the space traffic flow.

床頭的墻邊自然融入了衛生間的入口，經典的臥室及衛生間壹體的搭配在設計師的巧妙設計下讓視覺感官得到了極大的滿足。

床頭運用了凹陷的設計，加上隱秘但溫暖的光線、

運用了不規則的幾何圖形且充滿設計感的背景，給整個床頭部分增添了滿滿的高級感。搭配上風格獨特的床前燈，體現出了酒店的獨特。幹凈整潔的床上用品，在以米灰色為主的臥室內異常和諧，而床邊的落地窗，讓顧客在躺在舒服的大床上即可享受無死角的日光浴。

浴室十分寬敞，雙人的梳理臺和放置在落地窗邊的浴缸，以及多塊鏡子的布置，

都極大的滿足了洗漱打扮的需求。浴室內光線良好，鏡子也搭配有燈光，

在梳妝打扮時對於自身的裝扮即可擁有與室外同樣的觀感。

即使是兩個人同時進行洗漱工作也絲毫不會顯得擁擠。墻面采用的是細花白的大理石，使空間更顯現代和雅致。整個浴室的色彩搭配十分和諧且高級，

即使是在浴室中也可以擁有舒適的狀態。

使得人們的需求能夠得到方便且舒適的解決。同樣搭配著細白花大理石的墻面和配有燈光的鏡子，使得衛生間的整體風格壹致。

簡單的線條在整個空間設計中展現出不壹樣的創意，無規則的線條遊蕩在各個空間，帶領著入住客人探索酒店的秘密。

The toilet is located behind the frosting door, which not only insulates the washstand and bathtub, but also is equipped with another hand washing table, so that people's needs can be conveniently and comfortably solved. The same collocation is worn the metope of fine white flower marble and the mirror that has lamplight, make the integral style of toilet one.

Simple lines show different ideas in the whole space design. Irregular lines wander in various spaces, leading the guests to explore the secrets of the hotel.
